2024 Breath Retreats

  • 16th, 23rd and 30th April, 7th May 2024

Join me for a SPRING CLEAN

    Clarity - Energy - Growth - Reflection

Spring is a time of growth and rebirth. As we move into spring it is a good opportunity to declutter. Clearing out what doesn’t serve us. Waking ourselves up (mind and body), after a long winter to plant new seeds. Focusing on nourishing our desires and heralding the new energy needed to cultivate future possibilities. Spring is also a time of reflection and for this we need a clear focused awareness in order to create balance.

“The best way to find out what we really need is to get rid of what we don’t” Marie Kondo

Each 30 min class will be online on the days as follows: 16th, 23rd and 30th April, 7th May.

Choose either a 7.30am or 6.30pm class on booking at hello@breathwithcharlie.com

£10 a class or £8 if you subscribe to all 4 (£32). The link will be sent out the day before each class.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing (pyjamas are fine). Have some water to hand. Whether sitting on a chair or on the floor make sure you are comfortable and able to maintain a straight spine. Having lots of cushions behind you for support is ok.

Hotel Endsleigh, Devon with Gianna Hewlett

Voted one of the Best yoga retreats in the UK and Ireland 2024 by Conde Nast Traveller.

“I have recently returned from the most nurturing and revitalising retreat at the Star Inn with Charlie Polizzi and Zephyr Wildman.

We were a group of varying backgrounds and abilities but Charlie managed to tailor her breathwork practice perfectly each evening with a variety of breathwork techniques, going deeper with some and a taster of others. She is a humble, knowledgeable and joyful yogi who wonderfully conveys her belief in the many benefits and challenges that come from this sort of practice. I came away feeling I had learned something new each evening and taken my own yoga practice to another level. I will definitely be looking out for more retreats and classes with Charlie in the future.”
