Mild Hyperventilation Exercise

This 3 minute breath is great for bringing clarity and energy into the mind and body. 

A little like Wim Hoff it depletes the CO2 which may give you a feeling of lightheadedness. 

In the unlikely even you feel overwhelmed, stop, take a few deep breaths through the nose into the belly. 

If you feel fait then bring your head lower than your heart.
